Rachel Claire Farnsworth and John Irvine Godley formed

because they share the same goal: to ultimately use property to help armed forces members who are homeless by providing them with a home and therapy while they can find their feet again.

Rachel is a holistic trauma-releasing expert who has been recognised for her work multiple times, including the Influential Women in Business award for 2025.

Rachel has always had a significant interest in property and uses her flair and creativity in these projects.

Jon has been in property development since he was 16 and has worked on building homes and refurbishing every type of property, from run-down properties, and terraced houses to million-pound houses as well as commercial properties. He is an ex-army veteran himself and uses his exponential wealth of experience to create the homes and commercial properties you will love to live and work in.
